Seems to have been Imprisoned for stealing and discharged after 2 years 138 days
18th February 1906
Re joined 1908
4th Militia Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers
Service number 2542 discharged
7th November 1914 then re enlisted
1st /7 th Bn Lancashire Fusiliers service number 3195 changed to 280993.
For some reason changed his name so he has two entries on the Commonwealth Grave web site
