My wonderful, loving, patient, precious, brave and exceptional husband. You showed courage and determination to overcome all adversity over many years. You were my soul mate, and I will love and miss you always. Thank you for loving me. Night God bless sweetheart, your heartbroken and loving wife Carol. xxx

My very special dad, my hero, my everything. Your positive approach to life, your never ending determination and your unrivalled bravery is an inspiration to us all. You were taken from us far too soon, my heart will never recover. I love you so much and I will miss you beyond measure. Always, your daughter Deb and partner Dan xxx

Dad, I am so proud to be your son. As long as I can remember you have showed courage and resilience in the face of such adversity. I will always try to live up to the example you set me. My greatest sorrow is that you will never get to meet your grandchild. I love you. Rest now, in peace.
