A large crowd turned out at the park to see the opening of the Band Stand.
The Association Band and Drums were given the honour of being the first Band to play there,
and played a selection of everything, from Overtures, Military music, to a Beatles medley.
The audience also enjoyed the drummers playing their ever popular 'Drummers Call'.
A grand day out was had by all !
